This policy explains what information Kireeti Infra Developers Private Limited ("Kireeti Infra", "we", "us") collects through kireetiinfra.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.

Chat assistant

When you use the chat assistant, the messages you type are sent to our AI service provider so it can generate a reply. If you choose to share your name, mobile number or email address in the chat, we record those details together with the topic of your first question so our team can follow up. Please do not share sensitive information such as bank details or identity numbers in the chat.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the website is used. It collects information such as pages viewed, time spent, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address, using cookies or similar identifiers. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, the time of your visit and the pages requested.

Content loaded from other providers

To display the website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons from cdnjs (Cloudflare), images and videos from Pexels, and website code from Google. When this happens, those providers receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

We do not create user accounts, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

• To keep a record of enquiries we have received.
• To understand how visitors use the website and improve it.
• To meet our legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We use the following service providers to run the website and handle enquiries. They process information on our behalf:

• Google: Firebase Hosting, Cloud Firestore (enquiry storage), Google Analytics for Firebase, and Google Sheets with Apps Script (enquiry records), plus Google Workspace for email.
• Groq, Inc.: processes chat messages to generate the chat assistant's replies.
• Meta (WhatsApp): only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, in which case WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside India. We may also disclose information where required by law or by a government authority.

5. Cookies

The website uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics for Firebase. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work if you do.

6. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and chat contact details for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide services you engage us for, and maintain business records required by law. After that, we delete them.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
• withdraw consent you have given, which will not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
